This is a recipe I will never forget. I was randomly searching on the internet and came across it when thinking about snacks for Uni. It was called chocolate chip cookies in a way that suggested it would be gooey or more biscuity if that makes any sense. However, it was more like a shortbread than your traditional choc chip cookie. The most delicious shortbread I’ve ever had. I believe this was due to its time in the fridge before it is cut into shapes and baked. I mixed up the recipe by adding dark and milk chocolate chips (sometimes I add dark chocolate to my recipes to feel like it’s a little bit healthier than it really is). It’s a staple for anyone who loves a biscuit they can’t put down (my mum…and me).
